So when are you going to finish designing our house? =)
There is a large parcel of land w/ infrastructure already in place located outside of Maryville, Tn. The owner/developer went ‘belly up’ on the project. It has a beautiful rural setting with views of the Smokey Myn foothills.
The possibillities are endless!
A community like SOL would work perfectly there…
